Tuscan Beef Roast

Cooking Instructions:

Tuscan Beef Roast

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days, or until completely thawed. Place the contents of the beef package in your slow cooker. Stir in 2 cups of water (1 cup for small). Cover and cook on a low-heat setting for 8 to 10 hours or on a high-heat setting for 4 to 5 hours until the roast is 155 degrees using your meat thermometer. If using a low-heat setting, turn it to the high-heat setting. Stir in the vegetable blend. Cover and cook about 30 minutes more until the vegetables are tender.
