Marinated Beef Roast & Vegetables
This succulent beef roast has a delicious marinade and includes carrots and potatoes. It will simmer in your slow cooker while you are away, and welcome you home with a delightful aroma. It will be packaged in a plastic bag.
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Transfer the meat and marinade into a slow cooker. Top with baby carrots and potatoes. Cover and cook for 10 to 12 hours on a low-heat setting, or 5 to 6 hours on a high-heat setting, until the center of the roast is 155 degrees with your meat thermometer.
