Parmesan-Lemon Herb-Crusted Tilapia



Trying to eat more seafood? We've taken the tilapia fillets and breaded them in breadcrumbs, Parmesan, lemon, and herbs. You cook them at home on the grill or in the oven. This is a tasty way to eat more fish. They will be wrapped in foil.

Cooking Instructions:

Thaw in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 days or until completely thawed. Open foil packets and place them on a cookie sheet. Cook, uncovered, in a 400 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes until the fish is 145 degrees using your meat thermometer. OR, heat your grill to a medium-heat. Place the foil baking dish on the grill rack and cook for 12 to 15 minutes until the fish is 145 degrees using your meat thermometer.
