Baked Chicken Cordon Blue

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Bake, covered with foil, in the oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes more, until the chicken is 165 degrees using your meat thermometer.
