Ginger Chicken Sesame Stir-Fry

Cooking Instructions:

Ginger Chicken Sesame Stir-Fry

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Cook the rice as directed. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the chicken in 1 tablespoon of oil for 5 to 10 minutes, until the chicken is 165 degrees using your meat thermometer. Add the contents of the vegetable package. Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are just tender. Stir in the contents of the sauce package. Cook and stir until heated through. Serve over the hot cooked rice.
