Mango-Lime Glazed Shrimp Kabobs



Yet another opportunity for a lovely appetizer, or turn our shrimp skewers into a light dinner by serving them with the sweet rice we include. These shrimp will be swimming in our sassy mango-lime glaze and are a snap to skewer and grill. They will be packaged in a plastic bag. - Gluten Free & AlaskaFit approved meal.

Cooking Instructions:

Mango-Lime Glazed Shrimp Kabobs

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Carefully remove the skewers from the plastic bag. Skewer several shrimp onto each of the skewers. Preheat your grill to a medium heat. Place the skewers directly on the grill for 3 to 5 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking, and brushing constantly with the mango mixture. OR place the skewered shrimp in a shallow baking pan. Broil, 4-5 inches from the heat source for 3 to 5 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking, and brushing constantly with the mango mixture. Meanwhile, boil 4 cups of water (2 cups for small). Add the contents of the rice bag. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and set for 5 minutes before serving.
