Baked Mexican Pie & Mashed Potatoes



We started off thinking of Shepard's Pie, but that was just too everyday. So, we turned it into a fiesta! Ground beef, kidney beans, veggies, and seasonings with a blanket of mashed potatoes mixed with cheese and chili powder. Ole! It will be packaged in a 9x13 pan. - Gluten Free.

Cooking Instructions:

Baked Mexican Pie & Mashed Potatoes

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Bake, uncovered, in a 350-degree oven for 45 to 55 minutes.
