Cooking Instructions:

Cheesy Ham-Potato Breakfast Casserole

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days, or until completely thawed. Prior to baking, slowly pour the egg mixture over the potatoes. Cover with foil and bake in a 350-degree oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake another 30 to 45 minutes, or until almost set. Remove from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
