Spanish Chicken and Rice



This Mexican chicken and rice dish will make your taste buds sing. Tomatoes, onion, beans, and chilies will warm you to your toes and satisfy your spicy cravings. But remember...you adjust the spiciness when you are assembling the meal in our kitchen. It will include fresh tortillas from Taco Loco! It will be packaged in a plastic bag.

Cooking Instructions:

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Place 4 cups of water (2 cups for splits) in a large pot. Bring it to a boil. Add the contents of the chicken package. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender. Serve in tortillas and sprinkle with cheese.
