Beef & Artichokes with Wagon Wheel Pasta



This is a fun dish with wagon wheel pasta, beef strips, artichokes, mushrooms, and green peppers. Add your own side salad for a great summer meal. It will be packaged in a plastic bag. - Gluten Free with substitutions.

Cooking Instructions:

Beef & Artichokes with Wagon Wheel Pasta

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Cook the pasta as directed. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over a medium heat and add 1 Tbsp of oil (1/2 T for splits). Add the contents of the beef package. Cook and stir 4-6 minutes, until the beef is browned. Add the contents of the onion package to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes. Add the contents of the artichoke package to the skillet and cook for 4 minutes. Add the contents of the tomato package to the skillet. Cook and stir until thickened. Add the pasta. Stir to combine.
