Savory Ginger Pork Kabobs



These will be a big hit! Your entire family will love them and they are nice enough that you can serve them to company too. After the pork tenderloin marinates, you simply cube it, and thread it onto skewers and grill it - then dinner is ready. Savory Ginger Pork Kabobs

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Soak the skewers in water. Meanwhile, drain and discard the marinade. Cut the pork into 1-inch cubes. Thread the meat and onions onto the presoaked skewers, leaving 1/4-inch between pieces. Preheat the grill to medium. Cook the skewers over a medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning often to cook evenly, until they read 160 degrees on your meat thermometer. Meanwhile, cook the pasta as directed.

Pasta - Bring a saucepan of 3 cups of water (6 cups for 2 bags) and 1/4 teaspoon salt to boil. Reduce heat, add pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes. Drain and serve.
