Lemon-Pepper Pasta with Smoked Salmon



This is a great meal to serve to your visiting summer guests. The lemon-pepper pasta is fresh made pasta from Alaska Pasta Company! It will be covered with a light white sauce and smoked salmon. It will be packaged in a plastic bag.

Cooking Instructions:

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Bring 6 cups of water (3 for splits) to a boiling. Add the contents of the pasta package to the water. Return to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain, reduce to a medium heat and return the pasta to the pan. Add the contents of the sauce package and the salmon package. Cook and stir for 3-4 minutes until sauce has thickened.
