Shredded Pork Chile Tacos



Enjoy a fiesta of flavor in these soft pork tacos. The pork roast is seasoned and marinated in tomatoes, onion, and chilies. Dump it in a slow cooker in the morning and forget about it. When you get home, you will shred the pork and roll the tacos. Your kids will love this Mexican treat. It will include flour tortillas from Taco Loco and be packaged in a plastic bag. - Gluten Free with substitutions.

Cooking Instructions:

Shredded Pork Chile Tacos

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Place the contents of the pork roast bag into your slow cooker. Add 1/2 cup of water (1/4 cup for splits). Cover and cook on a low-heat setting for 8 to 10 hours or on a high-heat setting for 4 to 5 hours. Using 2 forks, shred the meat in the cooker into large pieces. Warm the tortillas, in foil, in a 350-degree oven for 10 minutes. To serve, spoon the pork mixture into the warm tortillas and top with shredded cheese.
