Boursin Chicken in Puff Pastry
Our homemade Boursin cheese and boneless, skinless chicken breasts wrapped in puff pastry create an uptown meal. Try serving this hot little number to your guests, they will love it! It will be packaged in a plastic bag.
Don't thaw - otherwise the puff pastry becomes soggy. Cook frozen for best results. Open the foil packets and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in a 400-degree oven for 50 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown and your meat thermometer reads 165 degrees.
