Mexican Chicken-Chipotle Wraps



These are really good and really fun for a change of pace. It is a tortilla, smeared with a chipotle cream cheese spread and loaded up with salsa flavored chicken, black beans, corn, green peppers, and cheese. This fast meal is perfect for nights when you're busy with activities. It will be packaged in a plastic bag. - Gluten Free with substitutions.

Cooking Instructions:

Mexican Chicken-Chipotle Wraps

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Place the contents of the chicken package in a large skillet. Cook and stir over a medium heat until heated through. Meanwhile, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over one side of each tortilla. Spoon the chicken mixture onto each tortilla just below the center. Sprinkle cheese all over it. Fold the bottom edge of each tortilla up and over the filling. Fold the opposite sides in, just until they meet. Roll up from the bottom to enclose the filling.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve with your favorite Spanish rice mix.
