Apple Cinnamon Stuffed French Toast
This is a fabulous way to start your morning! Baked French toast with a center oozing of apples, cinnamon, and pecans. You bake it in the oven for an easy breakfast with easy cleanup! It will be packaged in a 9x13 pan.
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Prior to baking, slowly pour the egg mixture over the bread. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes until the center is 160 degrees using your instant read thermometer.
Serve with maple syrup and fresh fruit.
