Orange Beef Stir Fry



We start with beef strips and mix them up with broccoli, carrots, onions, bell pepper strips, and mushrooms. Then we drench all that with a tangy sauce that includes orange juice, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic, and other spices and seasonings and serve it over rice that we include. It will be packaged in a plastic bag. - Gluten Free with substitutions.

Cooking Instructions:

Orange Beef Stir Fry

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Cook the rice as directed. Meanwhile, in a large skillet or wok, cook and stir the beef strips in 1 tablespoon of cooking oil over a medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until the beef is browned. Push the beef to the edges of the pan. Add the contents of the vegetable package. Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are just tender. Stir in the contents of the sauce package. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Stir to combine the beef and vegetable mixture. Serve over the hot cooked rice.
