Beef Bourguignon



It's harder to say than to cook. Stew meat, onions, carrots, mushrooms, red wine, and seasonings simply cook in your slow cooker and welcome you home to a rich home-cooked meal. It will include pasta and be packaged in a plastic bag. - Gluten Free with substitutions.

Cooking Instructions:

Beef Bourguignon

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Place the contents of the beef package into a slow cooker. Stir in 2 cups of water (1 cup for small). Cover and cook on a low-heat setting for 8 to 10 hours or on a high-heat setting for 4 to 5 hours. Cook the pasta as directed. Pasta Bring a saucepan of 3 cups of water (6 cups for 2 bags) and 1/4 teaspoon salt to boil. Reduce heat, add pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes. Drain and serve.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve over hot cooked pasta.
