Taco Soup



This rich and meaty soup will make your mouth-water. It is loaded with ground beef, kidney beans, black beans, tomatoes, corn, onions, and seasonings and is packed with flavor. You can either cook it up in a pot after work, or let it cook in a slow cooker all day. Whatever works better for you. It will be packaged in a plastic bag. - Gluten Free.

Cooking Instructions:

Taco Soup

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Place the contents of the package in a large pot. Stir in 2 cups of water (1 cup for small). Bring to a boiling, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. OR place the contents in a slow cooker. Stir in 2 cups of water (1 cup for small). Cover and cook on a low-heat setting for 6 to 8 hours or on a high-heat setting for 3 to 4 hours.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, and your favorite tortilla or corn chips.
