Skillet Pork Chops & Stuffing
This easy one-skillet meal will be a winner with your family as the pork chops soak up the great flavors. Carrots and apples get cooked with the stuffing to provide the balanced nutrition you are looking for. This will be packaged in a plastic bag.
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Heat a large skillet over a medium-high heat. Remove the pork chops from the bag and place them in the skillet. Cook on each side for 6 minutes, until they read 160 degrees with your meat thermometer. Remove the chops from the skillet. Add the contents of the carrots bag and 1 & 1/2 cups of water (3/4 cups for splits). Cook for 6-8 minutes until the carrots are tender. Stir in the contents of the stuffing package. Return the chops to the skillet. Cover, turn off the heat, and let set 5 minutes before serving.
