Chicken or Beef Wellington



Happy Holidays! This has been our runaway hit every year! You will make 6 individual Chicken Wellingtons that will consist of a chicken breast, mushrooms, onion, red wine, bacon, and cheese wrapped in puff pastry. If you would rather have our Beef Wellingtons, which are made a with tender beef tenderloins from Mr. Prime Beef, there will be a $14 surcharge payable by separate invoice. These will make for an elegant holiday meal as each person gets their own beautifully golden brown puff pastry. They will be wrapped in individual foil packets and in a plastic bag.

Cooking Instructions:

Don't thaw - otherwise the puff pastry becomes soggy. Cook frozen for best results. Open the foil packets and place them on a baking sheet. For Chicken - Bake in a 425-degree oven for 40 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown and your meat thermometer reads 165 degrees. For Beef - Bake in a 425-degree oven for 20-30 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown and your meat thermometer reads 155 degrees.
