Apricot Chicken Puffs
Everyone loves our puff pastry dishes and this will be no exception. A sweet apricot sauce tops roasted red pepper and chicken breasts wrapped in puff pastry. Yummy and beautiful! It will be packaged in a plastic bag.
Don't thaw - otherwise the puff pastry becomes soggy. Cook frozen for best results. Open the foil packets and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in a 425-degree oven for 40 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown and your meat thermometer reads 165 degrees.
