Blueberry Baked French Toast
This is an easy breakfast for any busy or lazy weekend! Pop this blueberry baked French toast in the oven and your breakfast work is over. A yummy way to start your day! It will be packaged in a 9x13 pan.
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Prior to baking, slowly pour the egg mixture over the bread. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes until the center is 160 degrees using your instant read thermometer.
Serve with maple syrup and fresh fruit.
