Italian Parmesan Chicken
We start with chicken tenders coated in a zesty bread crumb mixture and drenched with pasta sauce, mushrooms and cheese. This is a kid-friendly meal that your whole family will enjoy. It will be packaged in a 9x13 pan.
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Uncover. Remove the pasta sauce and Parmesan cheese bags from the pan. Bake the coated chicken, uncovered, is a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Carefully spoon the pasta sauce mixture around the chicken and bake for 10 minutes more. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes, until your meat thermometer reads 165 degrees.
