Shrimp & Rice Pilaf



Tangy shrimp in a fabulous sweet homemade apricot-teriyaki sauce create a healthy meal the whole family will love. It will be accompanied by a rice and vegetable pilaf. It will be packaged in a plastic bag. - Gluten Free with substitutions.

Cooking Instructions:

Shrimp & Rice Pilaf

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. In a large skillet bring 6 cups water (3 for small) to boiling. Add contents of rice package. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Remove from heat & let stand for 5 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter. Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Transfer to a serving platter. Using the same skillet, on medium-high heat, add shrimp bag. Cook and stir 5-7 minutes, until all shrimp are pink. Serve the shrimp over the rice.

Serve with fresh fruit.
