Corned Beef Brisket Sandwich



Easy and tasty! Simply place the meat into the slow cooker for the day, when you get home all you need to do is slice it, and toast it on the buns with the sauerkraut and cheese we provide. YUM! It will be packaged in a plastic bag. - Gluten Free with substitutions.

Cooking Instructions:

Corned Beef Brisket Sandwich

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days of until completely thawed. Place the contents of the beef package into a slow cooker. Stir in 2 cups of water (1 cup for small). Cover and cook on a low-heat setting for 8-10 hours or on a high-heat setting for 4-5 hours. Thinly slice the meat across the grain. Arrange the buns, cut side up, on a cooking sheet and broil in the oven for 2 minutes. Place the meat and sauerkraut mixture on the buns and top with cheese. Broil for 2 minutes more.
