Feta Shrimp with Angel Hair Pasta
This meal is bursting with flavor! Shrimp and tomatoes cook in a light jalapeno sauce that you decide how spicy or mild to make it. It will include angel hair pasta and be packaged in a plastic bag. - Gluten Free with substitutions.
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days, or until completely thawed. Empty the contents of the jalapeno bag into a large skillet with a little cooking oil. Cook and stir over a medium heat for 3 minutes. Stir in the tomato mixture. Cook and stir about 5 minutes. Add the shrimp and continue cooking until the shrimp is pink and cooked through. Meanwhile, cook the pasta as directed. Toss the hot, cooked pasta into the shrimp mixture. Sprinkle with feta cheese. Pasta Bring a saucepan of 3 cups of water (6 cups for 2 bags) and 1/4 teaspoon salt to boil. Reduce heat, add pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes. Drain and serve.
