Puttanesca Chicken



This dish has a fantastic Mediterranean flavor with chicken tenders drenched with tomato sauce, olives, and capers. It is a slow cooker recipe served over speghetti pasta for a classic presentation. Cooking Instructions:

Puttanesca Chicken

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Place the contents of the chicken package and ½ cups water (1/4 for smalls) in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on a low-heat setting for 5 to 6 hours or on a high-heat setting for 3 to 4 hours. Cook the pasta as directed.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve with steamed vegetables.
