Strawberry BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches



These fun pulled pork sandwiches will make you a hit! The pork roast will cook in your slow cooker all day with a homemade strawberry barbecue sauce. It will include buns and be packaged in a plastic bag.

Cooking Instructions:

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days, or until completely thawed. Place the roast in a slow cooker along 1/2 cup of water (1/4 cup for splits). Cover and cook on a low-heat setting for 8 to 10 hours or on a high-heat setting for 4 to 5 hours. Remove the meat from the cooker, reserving the juices. Shred the meat, discarding the fat. Skim any fat from the juices. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker. Slice your spare strawberries and stir them in with the pork. Serve on the buns.
