Coconut Coated Chicken Tenders
White meat chicken tenders coated with sweet coconut! We will include a marmalade dipping sauce that will keep them coming back for more! They will be packaged in a 9x13 pan. - Gluten Free with substitutions.
Don't thaw - otherwise the breading becomes soggy. Cook frozen for best results. Remove dipping sauce bag. Bake, covered, is a 425 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until the coating is golden brown and your meat thermometer reads 165 degrees. Meanwhile, squeeze out the contents of your dipping sauce bag into a bowl and stir until combined. Serve with your tenders.
