Shrimp & Pasta in Pesto Sauce
A creamy pesto sauce will coat shrimp and pasta with every bite! We add broccoli and diced tomatoes to round out to a complete meal. This easy dinner will be served in 15 minutes!
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Cook the pasta as directed. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, over a medium heat, add the pesto bag by snipping a bottom corner of the bag and squeezing all of the contents into the skillet. Cook and stir for 3-4 minutes. Meanwhile, remove & discard the shrimp tails. Add the shrimp to the sauce and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the contents of the veggie bag. Drain the pasta and add to the skillet. Cook and stir for 3-4 minutes.
Serve with garlic bread!
