Italian Wedding Soup

Thaw package in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Place the contents of the bag in a large pot. Stir in 8 cups of water (4 cup for small). Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
