Biscuits & Gravy with Sausage & Eggs


This hearty breakfast is perfect for our winter months! We’ve made it super simple with pre-formed sausage patties and country gravy that will smother drop biscuits you bake in your oven. We complete it with scrambled egg whites. Winter in Alaska is long….You better get two of these!

Cooking Instructions:

Biscuits & Gravy with Sausage & Eggs

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix & bake biscuits as directed below. Meanwhile, in a large skillet on med-high heat, cook sausage patties 5 minutes on each side. Remove patties, lower heat to medium and add contents of gravy bag. Cook and stir 3-4 minutes. Meanwhile, in a smaller skillet on medium heat, add the contents of egg bag. Cook and gently fold 4-5 minutes until set & cooked through, adding salt & pepper to taste. Biscuit Mix - Pour the biscuit mixture into a bowl. Add 1 cup of water and stir. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray and scoop dough on the sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake for 14-16 minutes.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve with fresh fruit.
