Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Set the plastic bag of caramel sauce aside. Bake pie, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until apples are tender and the topping is golden. If necessary, cover it with foil the last 10 minutes of baking to prevent over browning. Cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes. With kitchen shears, snip off a small holes on one of the corners of the plastic bag filled with caramel sauce. Drizzle the sauce over the warm pie.
