Curried Chicken and Rice



Chicken breast tenders with peas and raisins over rice. The seasonings include curry, ginger, red pepper, and cinnamon. Branch out and give this one a try. This dish can be served on its own or over lettuce greens for a salad. It will be packaged in a plastic bag. - Gluten Free & AlaskaFit approved meal.

Cooking Instructions:

Curried Chicken and Rice

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Place contents of the chicken package and the rice package in a large skillet. Add 3 cups of water (1 1/2 for small). Bring to boiling. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender, and the chicken has reached 165 degrees with your meat thermometer.
