Pork Roast with Pineapple Sauce
ALOHA! Our sweet and tender pork roast will simmer the day away in your warm and tropical slow cooker. When you come home to your personal luau, you simply heat-up the sweet pineapple sauce and serve. Don't miss this one! It will be packaged in a plastic bag. - Gluten Free.
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Place the contents of the beef package into a slow cooker. Stir in 2 cups of water (1 cup for small). Cover and cook on the low-heat setting for 8 to 10 hours or on the high-heat setting for 4 to 5 hours or until pork is tender. OR place roast on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Roast covered in a 325 degree F oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until the pork is tender and reads 155 degrees on your meat thermometer. Meanwhile, empty contents of the pineapple mixture into a small saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until heated through. Place sauce in a serving bowl and serve with roast.
Serve with glazed carrots.
