Cooking Instructions:

Easy Weeknight Lemon Chicken

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days, or until completely thawed. Drain the marinade from the chicken and discard the marinade. In a large skillet, brown the chicken breasts over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes, turning to brown the sides evenly, until they read 165 degrees on your meat thermometer. OR Grill the chicken breasts over a medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once, until they read 165 degrees on your meat thermometer. Meanwhile, cook the pasta as directed.
