Peanut-Crusted Pork Chops



Pork chops crusted in a peanut and honey-Dijon mixture are a snap to cook-up after a busy day. Yummy, yummy, yummy - I've got peanuts in my tummy! It will be packaged in a 9x13 pan.

Cooking Instructions:

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days, or until completely thawed. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until they read 160 degrees with your meat thermometer.
