Peanut Chicken Skewers & Thai Sauce
Holy moly...you are going to LOVE these skewers. Chicken skewers drenched in a spicy, tangy, yummy peanut sauce, then coated with chopped peanuts. We'll send some extra sauce for dipping. They will be packaged in a 9x13 pan. - Gluten Free with substitutions.
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Remove all bags from the pan. Place the chicken tenders onto the skewers and lay them in a single layer in the pan. Squeeze any remaining mixture onto the tenders. Sprinkle the chopped peanuts over the tenders. Bake, covered with foil, in a 425 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes, until the coating is golden brown and your meat thermometer reads 165 degrees. Meanwhile, empty the sauce bag into a small saucepan. Stir in 1/4 cup of water (1/8 cup for small). Cook and stir until heated through and the sugar is dissolved. Serve the sauce with the chicken skewers.
