Thai Chicken & Rice with Peanut Sauce



Everyone loves our Peanut-Thai dishes! This dish has a grown-up flair with a kid-friendly flavor. The rice with it's homemade peanut sauce has a familiar flavor your kids will recognize, but this dish has all the makings of a grown-up dinner. It will be packaged in a plastic bag. - Gluten Free with substitutions.

Cooking Instructions:

Thai Chicken & Rice with Peanut Sauce

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Cook the rice as directed. Stir in the contents of the chicken bag into the cooked rice. Cook and stir until heated through. Transfer to a serving platter. In the same saucepan heat the peanut sauce until heated through. Spoon it over the rice mixture on the serving platter and sprinkle with peanuts. Rice Bring a saucepan of 2 cups of water (4 cups for 2 bags), 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1 Tablespoon of butter to boil. Add rice, stir and cover tightly simmering over a low heat for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand covered for about 5 minutes more.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve warm over spinach leaves.
